I'm pretty sure its a track by Ratatat. I have no clue which one it is though.

yeah that's definitely ratatat, no doubt.

i don't recognize it so it's not off their first two albums (those are the only two i've listened to at length)

could actually be a medley of a couple of ratatat songs, actually. most of their stuff blends together after a while anyways.
