Seriously. I haven't been grooving this solidly to electronic music for a long, long, long time. The Love Quadrant is amazing...and then I come across his new release. Autopilot's Lament is the fucking sexiest shit ever made by a white boy. Ever.

I am just surprised I haven't come across his work by way of here...didn't he post here a while back?

Son, if you are still here, keep this shit up. This is fucking fantastic, and miles ahead of the big dance producers.

I couldn't go and see him last weekend because I had an exam. I was so angry.

Really diggin' on the Space Dimension Controller. It's deep, very deep. Seen him live twice this year and it was fucking great.

Yo, my name is Saad and I don't give a fuck.

He's absolutely wicked live. Saw him play after Matthew Dear at WHP Manchester and he smashed it out. I was quite surprised he was able to keep up with Matthew Dear to be honest but he more than did so.

Who exactly are the "big dance producers" btw?

whoever you think they are.

Yeah, awesome! Have all the vinyls, but actually prefer the slighly more Electro-vibe on the first netlabel album.

First demo syndrome...

I'm totally late to this party but damn this is super-high-quality stuff. Just cleaned out Boomkat for the two Eps + Love Quadrant. Downloading Unidintified Flying Oscillator right now. Happy days.

Can't wait to see what he comes up with next.

New EP this month:

The inimitable Space Dimension Controller once again lands on Clone for the first in his ‘Correlation’ series. Following up the magnificent LP ‘Welcome to Mikrosector-50’ on R&S, the Irish beatsmith has produced five cuts that veer away from the cosmic, sci-fi concept feel of his previous works. Hazy, idyllic beats meet languid funk for some trippy subtlety.

this is so good

GHOST: have you killed Claudius yet
HAMLET: no
GHOST: why
HAMLET: fuck you is why
im going to the cemetery to touch skulls

[planet of dinosaurs - the album [bc] [archive]]

'butterflies of malaysia' is so class

maybe not the best comparison, but this EP reminds me of Oriol's "Night and Day" in its overall feel. if I was boomkat this is where I'd say essential purchase.
