You should see the Amiga forums, they get furious about this on an almost yearly basis. Basically the Commodore brand gets bought out pretty much annually so that the C= logo can get slapped on some sub-standard electronic product, this is about the 10th 'Commodore' machine since CBM went bankrupt then got bought by Escom then Gateway then etc. etc. back int day.
