I was subscribed to a fair few in google reader but culled the lot with exception to Eye on Springfield and disparaissant's. I'd skip checking reader for a day or two and come back to 1000+ reasonably interesting images, which on their own would impress me, but hundreds of them... It's the reason I dumped 90% of the art blogs too. I can live with missing some cool stuff if it restores a bit of value to the rest. Having said that though, this thread has got me interested again so I just now made an account.

i got tumblr but i couldnt find any good ones to follow, i just asked a bunch of my friends and then my feed was full of girls posting shit art and cutesey bullshit, kim jong il looking at stuff, and abominations from jeremy kyle screencapped, so i gave up. if i could find tumblrs like this http://dolorosa-reveries.blogspot.com/ id use it more.
