I feel like some of you must have seen this before, but I just came across it today. At first I thought it was one big troll, but the members seem way too earnest.

It's really appalling, but it's got me lolin' pretty hard. I've seen plenty of white supremacy forums in my time, but I feel like there's something special about this one. Maybe it's all the puns. Favorites so far include: Chicongo, Chimpbabwe, and Martin Luther Coon.

it's only funny in an "i am laughing because i don't know what else to do" kind of way.

To me it looks a bit more like 4chan's "haha look how offensive we're being" racism than "for real" racism. But I didn't look at a whole lot...

I thought about and here are the two things about this site that really intrigue me:

1. It may be that I'm out of the loop, but I was surprised to learn that comparing black people to monkeys or calling them coons was still in vogue, even among racists.

2. Everyone on that board seems so joyful. I'm thinking, for example, of the member named Ku Klux Klam, whose avatar is a goofy cartoon clam wearing a white hood. I guess I just never imagined that such hateful people could be into silly, cutesy, cartoon stuff.

Scary to think those sorts are out there.

They must have been seriously going nutty when Barrack was elected to office.

Scary shit. Hopefully they all die in a fire.
