Need help ID'ing track from Summer Sonic Festival

Sorry if this is jazzband (I'm kind of new here) but I didn't see anything in the forum search results.

This has been bugging me for about a year now. I have no idea what this track is, but it sounds amazing, and I've had no luck ID'ing it elsewhere. Can anyone be a hero?

could be by takaaki itoh... aphex plays a lot of his tunes and the style's very similar.
