Epic Meal Time

These guys are my friends neighbour, they basically make horrendous food and eat it.. Pretty fucked up.. worth watching all of it though.. they actually stuffed 5 different birds into a pig, covered it with bacon strips and dr.pepper glaze and ate the fucking thing.

quebec food is fucking mad. smoked meat, hot chicken, poutine, sugar pie... my company has a tab with a really greasy restaurant in the town so i pretty much have to eat there for most meals, the cholestrol is going to cut a fucking decade off my life. but fuck me is it tasty!

Anyway Montréal is surely that, but it's also one of the finest city in the world for amazing cullinary experiences (Pied de Cochon, Club Chasse&Peche, Aix, Toqué, Chez L'Épicier, Lemeac, Kitchen Galerie, L'Express, etc..). There are hundreds of quality places around town. It's not all about greasy stuff.

I really want to see more of Montreal. I'm flying through it on Monday actually (half the reason I turned up again at wattum is because I'm bored out of my mind sitting on my arse for a week waiting to fly lol) but alas will not get a chance to see the actual city. One day, one day! Also Gaspe. Apparently when I speak French it sounds like I'm from there
