Abortion doctors from here in Minnesota fly over to a city close to the border in South Dakota once a week to perform abortions. There are some crazy states in this country.

Idk, I'm not that skeptical. South Dakota is crazy about fetuses.

The law is unnecessary. Using deadly force in defense of another is a generally accepted defense to murder. There's no need to add this language accept to create a gray area for pro-life militants.
