luke vibert Luke Vibert joins the I Love Acid stage @ BLOC Weekend

We are sad to announce that B12 have had to cancel their appearance at BLOC Weekend 2011 – Steve from B12 was recently hurt in a bicycle accident; we wish him our very best and a speedy recovery, and look forward to seeing him at I Love Acid later in 2011 once he’s back up on his feet.

Joining the bill is a more than worthy replacement: the man who wrote the song itself that I Love Acid was named after: Luke Vibert, who returns to I Love Acid for the first time since playing at our very first party back in 2007. He will be joining our stellar lineup of A Guy Called Gerald, Mark Archer (Altern8), Ceephax, AGT Rave Cru, Global Goon, Placid, Posthuman, and Digitonal.

Bad news about B12, I was looking forward to seeing them.

But I couldn't think of a better act to replace them.

I am excite.
