It's "Shot Keya", a mislabeled video for Schottkey 7th Path, from Selected Ambient Works 85-92. It was released on video and DVD.

Another rare video not endorsed by WARP/Richard, this odd visual composition appears on the 3lux3 video compilation. Misrepresented on the video and on the box as "Shot Keya". This also has been released on the 3LUX DVD: The DVD Collection compilation, containing all three video compilations in the 3LUX series.

The video will be in the Aphex Twin section of WATMM eventually.
