I've got a Casio keyboard with this preset, I forget what the exact model is, but it's an SA-Something. The preset is just called 'computer sound' I think.

just found it on ebay. It's an SA-5. Super-cheapo model that I've had since I was about 7 and is still in full working order. They're quite popular for circuit bending, apparently. Looks like you can pick them up very cheaply. I would imagine most of the early SA models have similar presets, too.
