“Radio Anthems for the Newly Disenfranchised” by The Summer of Flux - The Summer of Flux is the brainchild of Stephen Ruiz and A.D. Mobley. The two met as undergraduates in college in Texas and have maintained a musical partnership that combines Mobley’s academic precision to music theory and Ruiz’s raw and DJ-inspired approach to sound manipulation. “Radio Anthems for the Newly Disenfranchised” is an instrumental record that seamlessly combines evolved composition with an immediacy that is at once familiar and alien. Mobley is a composer, theorist and pianist. Major orchestras and soloists in the United States and Europe have performed Mobley’s music. He is currently completing his PhD in Composition. Ruiz is a multi-instrumentalist, producer and multimedia artist. As co-found of Architects and Heroes, he is attempting to bridge the gap between music and digital art.

Mistakes made by the pressing plant caused the CD release to be delayed. but they are now in and we learned from this experience and moved on to another pressing plant!
