I recommend adjusting the contrast to turn the background completely black. Will probably save you about 3/4 of the filesize.

well i have the image, but i can't figure out how to make the animation go faster, cause it's speed needs to be doubled

maybe the end can be chopped off? once he gets to the scream he seems to hold it a little long.
