i apologize for the pain derived from the video with respect to the sound track and it's volume and the editing et al. it was from the first series. Will and his team did get better and it ended up being one of the best overview type series on the cheese making process.

Cheddar Macarani with mustard

added a few cuts bacon and Chipotle Sauce. But the cheddar and mustard alone already blew me away.
