Stroke & Health

On December 19, 2007, he suffered a stroke,[10] according to a coordinator for his recently formed gospel choir, Innate Praise.[10] Reports had circulated that Nate Dogg had been admitted to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center in Pomona, California after suffering a heart attack. Erica Beckwith, however, confirmed to MTV News that Nate Dogg was released on December 26 after being treated for a stroke and is currently in a medical-rehab facility to assist him in his recovery. On January 18, 2008, it was officially reported that the stroke had rendered the left side of his body paralyzed. Doctors believe there will be a full recovery, and his voice was not affected. In September 2008, Nate suffered a second stroke and today is still recovering in a long term care facility.[11] Warren G later confirmed that Nate did in fact suffer two strokes and is currently undergoing physical therapy to get back to how he was. It is currently unknown if he will be able to continue his singing career.[12]

He died March 15th, 2011, of farts. <-- No he didn't.

As of March 15th there are numerous rumours flying around about Nate Doggs passing however reports are still unconfirmed.

He had a tough last few years. At least the pain is over for him.

Sad news, didn't even realise he'd been ill. I reckon he's on at least ten classic songs. I always used to be Nate Dogg when me and my friend sang along to Regulate when I was young, thank God he was there to rescue Warren when he was getting jacked.

End result: Detox delayed for another 10 years

And, yeah, I love how Regulate basically tells the story of Warren G getting his ass kicked until Nate swoops in to save the day.

I grew up with his Music/Features. Good Times, we had.
