hiphop and rnb festivals? you don't know your own country at all, man. the biggest festivals are metal festivals.

i think the biggest festivals are sweden rock (which focuses on metal, and rock), metaltown, etc. they're not as advertised as the big mainstream rock festivals, like peace and love. there aren't any huge hip-hop and r&b festivals.

so i looked it up, and yeah, peace & love is the biggest festival (50 000 visitors), while sweden rock gets something like 33 000.
