Very Simple. Where you a nerd in school?

i was an odd one. i spent half my time in the last couple of years of school not going and smoking dope in the park, and the other half reading shit like hofstadter's godel escher bach or books by mandelbrot at breaktime and hanging out in the computer room after school. i got a hard time up until my fourth year of secondary school when i started kinda properly listening to music, but i was cool after that.

i voted yes.

I was one and so were most of my classmates. The non-nerd ones were really boring people anyway.

I wonder how many nerds will be willing to admit this, and I wonder how many non-nerds will say they are to sound smart.

I wouldn't say I was a nerd. But I did want to mow everyone down in a deeply satisfying hail of gunfire.

yes i was a nerd but i wasn't one who sucked and had bad skin and didn't get with girls.

I was on the wrong side of geek but not quite a full blown nerd.

Nope. How can I prove it? 'cause I got a grade E at maths and a grade D at computers lol.

Thankfully I was rescued from the quagmire of bad grades by easily nailing art, geography, English and history.

No nerds I ever came across were retarded at maths or computers.

I was a floater between the different cliques. I went to an all boys Grammar school so everyone was a bit nerdy. I played football, was in bands and was also one of the smarter students so was just pretty average really. A bit nerdy but generally fitted in.

middle school=yes absolutely. i was fucking nerd +76.

high school=i guess because of sports and other stuff i was like a nerd doing jockish things but certainly wasnt a jock/wasnt good friends with most of them...i hung out with the people that were into philosophy. another dude i played football with was like 6 foot 8 and 290 pounds, huge guy...anyway, i found it crazy when i heard he was into anime and going to those cosplay conventions....you know no one fucked with him on it.
