"The biggest "electro-acoustic" influence on me by a long chalk was featured on the children's television programme "Rainbow". The Amiga was great, it really was a huge influence for me too, I did pixel art for years on the A600 just for fun. Also the demos like 9fingers and even the games crack intros, sometimes they were the best on the floppies. Octamed, I never figured out that thing and I also hated most music back then but I new people who used to make really banging tracks with it, still have a bunch of demos somewhere.

awesome interview, very in-depth. reminds me a lot of the old SP interviews in his old home studio from 96. great to see the same format being applied in the post modern era. andy's got his shit sorted, great grass-roots attitude, all the inspiration and gear one could ask for, and a hyperactive imagination. ceephax forum.
