Imma be honest with you, Hat. I was pretty skeptical going into this. "The Porcine Underground's early acoustic work was tops", I thought, "now they're just hopping on the Lady Gaga electro bandwagon". But you didn't compromise their vision here. The Pigs' individual voices & cries for social justice/not being thrown in the pit shine through.

i'm not entirely sure why i sampled this. as with most of my tracks, i just kind of did it without analyzing why i was doing what i was doing until later.

i like to think i'm not really commenting on the situation in this track -- it's just there. it is what it is... thousands of pigs wailing. intense emotional noise.

I'm just saying, it sounds like an even more fucked up Nero's Day at Disneyland.

I haven't eaten pig since I was like 13 btw. I am a vegetarian, and even before that, I refused to eat pigs because they're significantly more intelligent than cows or chickens.

i eat meat. haven't changed my mind after the pig thing

not to say i don't mull these things over.
