Recommended Posts

the vima jm-5 makes me nauseous.

Some songs I made with my fingers and electronics. In the process of making some more. Hopefully.

At least it's better than their new Juno line.

edit: hopefully it's better rather. It's probably just an overpriced piece of junk. Roland are the synth equivalent of George Lucas, raping their own legacy.

Does anyone else here feel like the Roland corp just doesn't "get" what made them famous in the first place?

I've never trusted Roland sine the MC303 althoug the the MV 8800 was the last semi-innovative thing they did

I miss my MC303... sure it was limited in storage space, but it had some great sounds. Might have to buy one off ebay again.

exactly.. quite a contrast from the 80s.

I paid £499 in 1996 when they first arrived and tried to get the shop to take it back after three weeks.

shit sandwich

with a price coming in between $3500-$4000

Madness, you could buy half of a Jupiter 8 for that price!
