Various methods. Skinfold is the easier technique. Using a measured caliper.

Same numbers and also have a small beer belly, this is ridiculous, Im only 23 yrs old. :angry:

How often do you drink/workout? I drink about 3-4 days a week (not heavily, maybe twice a month heavily) and workout about 4-5 times a week.

dunno body fat. i bike every day for transportation, but i also love making comfort food when i make dinner, so I've got muscular thighs and a completely un-muscular chest with a bit of fat on my belly. It's not noticeable really unless i wear tight shirts lol.
