Kava kava

I really appreciate kava kava. Have any of you ever experienced this delightful treat? Drink some kava kava!

Like right now, I just feel so deeply wonderful. Just sitting here all nice feeling.

it's pretty mild. it's ok in place of weed if you don't have any or don't want to get that loaded. watch out driving on it though -- it caught me by surprise. my reflexes and judgement were fine, but i'd get distracted looking at the sky and shit !

it's good if you ever get panic attacks or high anxiety, just take a couple drinks of it and it will chill you right out.

probably better than my typical "drink as much liquor as fast a possible without vomiting" plan of attack i generally use for anxiety.

I just found out about this stuff.Been eating 30% extract kavalactones capsules..

This stuff just absolutely melts anxiety away. I end up giggling at random things, being amused by oddities, just feeling relaxed to the max.

In higher doses its really strong and I want to sleep. When smoking weed on top of it I get so fucking stoned and giggly, and it makes my high last WAY longer.

I'm ordering this instant kava tonight, it's much much stronger than what i'm using now.. i can only imagine

I finished my 1/2 oz of Kona Kava Kavalactone 84% paste about a month ago and I've been meaning to get a refill. Tastes like a walrus' dick, but when you feel your mouth go numb, you know you've got yourself some great legal drugs. It definitely works and helped me get to sleep at a decent hour when I was working an extremely shit job.

I remember messing around with some liquid form when I was like a sophmore in HS, it was alright, overall didn't do too much, just made me really daydreamy. idk how potent it was, pretty sure my friend just picked it up from a GNC. I never really bothered trying it much further after finding out it's usually used for treating women in menopause...

It won't give you menopause or turn you into a 50 year old lady or anything. It gets you high.

i remember trying this my senior year in High School..and it really helped my focus for tests and homework. But I also remember stopping usage after reading a bunch of articles that connected it to possible liver damage/failure....has this been discounted?

People compare it to benzos like Xanax. I can't really vouch for that as I've never really been into prescription meds myself.

It's a nice relaxing bedtime ritual for sure.

So is Lecithin required when making a decent batch of Kava? Have any of you made it with and without and noticed a difference?

I'll try 3 teaspoons sometime this week. The taste is pretty unbearable, although it's not too awful in Cola.

You need to use much much more than three teaspoons. Also don't mix it!

Same here. I bought it to help me fall asleep, but I don't even notice any relaxing effects. I get more out of chamomile tea. And dank nugs.

dont fuck around with the drink unless you plan on socialising with polynesians.

the capsules are easier to take and way stronger.

is this anything like nutmeg ?

Don't mix it!? This shit tastes absolutely disgusting.

If I have to use more than 3 teaspoons then I have definitely wasted my money. This kind is supposed to be potent and only require 2 to 3 teaspoons I do believe.

I think I'll stick with 2 benadryl to help me sleep. This shit is weak.
