I fucking hate "colds".

Waking up in the morning after a night of being completely sober and feeling more hungover than if i were to have had 40oz of vodka is shit. i barely have a voice and i want to die but i still have to work. fuck colds. i fucking hate them. they make you sick enough to be able to work.

This. It'll cure just about anything - colds, sore throats, the crushing pain of knowing you have to face the outside world.

colds are contagious and you make food, so don't go to work, the end.

The simple cold sure can give you a beating. I usually just get it twice a year and it only lasts a week, with two days of real discomfort.
