is it 2?

or is it 288?

it's either

48 ÷ 2(9+3)

48 ÷ 2(12)

48 ÷ 24

2

or

48 ÷ 2(9+3)

48 ÷ 2(12)

i googled it and google gave me this: (48 ÷ 2) * (9 + 3) = 288

Since the division sign comes first, it's (48/2)*(9+3)=288. In case it was written like 48/(2*(9+3)), it would be 2.

And that's what brackets are for anyway. That's why that equation wasn't written properly in the first place.

the notation sucks, that's why this is confusing.

÷ is a lame symbol

but the answer is 48 ÷ 2 x 12 = (48 ÷ 2) x 12 = 24 x 12 = 288

it's 0 mod 48÷2(9+3)
