Star Time 1 vs Star Time 2

Both of these tunes are incredible, but i just love the tonality on Star Time 2. His use of modal interchange is amazing, as always

I for my part take a liking to the strong sense of gayness that's definitely more present in Star Time 1.

Wow good question, hard choice...

The two tunes are ultra different imo and it's hard to pick only one. But since it's Star Time 2 that got me into Squarepusher, I think it's my favourite. It's more SPATIAL than Star Time 1 if you see what I mean.

Star Time 1 is a fucking treat, I love the way it descends into a lush lullaby at the end.

Both great. star time is more lighthearted and sweet. Star Time 2 is a bit of a funky pervert.

Start Time 1 by a long way........... very emotional synth melody, brilliant funky bass, excellent percusion. This was treat during his JAS live tour and even better whn it got released in the EP.

star time 2, decided this a long time ago. I actually kind of like the weird mixing/mastering thats going on in these later tracks, seems weird but they seem more right now that I hear them again. I like the way it breaks down in 2, at 2:30.
