Ok peep's a good mate of mine has been promoting some good gig's at a nearby pub that has a large function room with a decent PA and large projector screen.

I've had a word with the guy in charge there about the possibility of a load of geeks with laptops and synths ect to host some kind of electronic mini festival as such (i.e. Trashbear 2) and he seemed keen as there is currently nothing booked around that time sooo......

Who's be up for Trashbear 2 sometime in early August at The Continental in Preston Lancs?

The venue is located around 15mins walk from the station and the last train back to Manchester is 11:30ish and there's plenty of cheap B&B's on the same route.

Like I said it's not down in stone yet and the main problem is that the venue like to charge £50 for room hire but as me and my accomplice will be in charge of the audio visual (no psycho Paul like last time) and given its all for charidy n all I maybe able to swing a deal like last time.

Posh location 1st class food and the ale starts from around £2.30 a pint!

I am a tentitive yes depending on the dates, and assuming it is a saturday evening (work saturday am so cant really do friday nights + travelling...)

Was thinking of DJ -live set-DJ-live set arrangement like last time to give everyone piss, beer n fag breaks.

Acidburp, Mrs J, and a local dude are confirmed so far, anyone else interested in playing something (set/dj/vdj) please get in touch.
