Getting sick of all these lame supers. They can't do anything remotely vigilante lest they break the law. So they have have to do public service style activities instead. Like for example what our brisbane one did (yes we have one of these dork offshoot objects as well). He encountered a citizen who's bike had been stolen. So like the hero he is, he bought the victim a new bike. No solving the crime, no gruffly telling the guy to get a better bike lock. No it's free bikes for all. Super dork..

Perhaps though, specifically in the USA, these supers might gain some relevance. Given the cuts to civic budgets going on throughout that nation. You might need an all volunteer police force. That's when these guys can step in to be deputised as the real super heroes. The cops.
