Looking for a Documentary about Subsonic Sound

I'm looking for a documentary I once watched online about subsonic frequencies. I can't remember where I watched it (Youtube, Vimeo??). The only thing I remember is one scene where they talk about a whole bunch of office workers who got affected from low frequencies coming from a factory on the other side of the river.

Anyone?

Ooh I think I remember this, didn't watch it but read a write-up about it in the paper. I think there was a woman by a flight path and here windows were producing subsonic frequencies from the resonance and was driving her crazy. Could be a Horizon documentary ...
