Help me remember the title of a movie

Can't find this film with any phrase in Google.

It's about a woman that eats people and falls obsessively in love with a man, guy doesn't seem to be aware of woman's strange behavior while she eats his loved ones.

I think it's Japanese and it's part of a series or a segment of three half hour bits.

It's pretty recent and I read about it in a WATMM thread...

I haven't seen the one you're talking about, but maybe it's a segment from one of the "three extremes" films? I think there's a bunch of them now, but not sure.

This is a good suggestion, haven't found the story I'm looking for yet but it was definitely from something in that direction.

Pretty sure it also had a one word title.
