I'm constantly amazed at the gems Andy Votel and Co. come up with. I definitely need to check a couple of the newer releases. I know some of y'all gig this label... Whatcha got?

fuck. all i can say is that i totally agree. i'm incredibly jealous FK is a uk-based label—otherwise, i would be seriously purchasing every release as it comes out. i REALLY dug the release of gluckskugel by bruno spoerri, for example:

aw man, i remember the Stone soundtrack and Ersen self-titled to be really good. now that i think about it, i bought this: http://www.discogs.com/Sarolta-Zalatnay-Sarolta-Zalatnay/release/2438276

but realized that the finders keepers releases consist of music i'd really just want on vinyl.

absolutely love Finders Keepers. "Ince Ince" that Selda song is so so so fucking cool. this is one of those labels where if you pick any random release from their catalog, you'll get a gem 90% of the time.

also just got the B-Music comp "Drive in, turn on, freak out" or something like that, it's pretty sweet as well.

This is how I know this label, and I think it's a pretty damn good primer. Fun stuff.

Good picks. Was listening to "The Sound of Wonder" today, too awesome.

You can get the Finders Keepers releases on B-Music, their US arm. Most of them can be found quite cheaply on Amazon. (eg. http://www.amazon.com/Sound-Wonder-Various-Artists/dp/B002BYSGAE/ref=sr_1_4?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1306547549&sr=1-4 )
