So now that we have to adhere to new rules, has anyone noticed that we've just resulted in posting reddit to WATMM. This applies to Gen Ban only of course.

Just an observation, nothing more than that.

watmm has been reposting stuff since before reddit existed. that's what most "general discussions" forums are, reposting something so you can discuss it with people you know.

also, just because something is posted here and on reddit doesn't mean reddit was the source. watmm has been on the reddit front page multiple times.

the only repost stuff i liked was the man jailed threads of yore methinks

i've been on there for a long time and it has been interesting to see it go from being an intellectual/interesting gathering of people to being Digg 2.0 on a larger scale

i got mad for a while then i figured out i could turn off all the 'main' stuff [wtf, funny, etc] and i just go to the more interesting stuff. i might miss out on 'Jessica Black' type shit but ... it's probably for the best at this point. the 'cultural memes' have managed to come at such a quick rate as to take on the sort of characteristics of a giant avant garde TV show. you know what the characters are going to say, what's going to happen, before it happens.

i think my signature sums up my opinion on our culture

reddit steals from stumble often. I every time when I see how they go OMG on 2 month old stumble stuff but its the other way round too.
