ads on youtube vids

i haven't seen a single ad in months, not even on Vevo uploaded videos. yet i still see people complaining about them. is it like this for anyone else? why am i not seeing them?

Because you only watch Aphex Twin videos and they aren't targetted by ads.

Yeah if you have adblock you won't get them. (so I believe anyway - I don't have it)

*looks up adblock plus (because he is annoyed about ads superimposed over the bottom of vids that he has to spend 2, long and distracting seconds, removing.)

for the record i don't like the ads, i wasn't being ironic/sarcastic/or trollish.
