I've had this song in my head for days and i can't seem to find out which it is, even after sorting through my entire boc collection. I recreated a bit of it

No, not that. Don't mind the shitty patches and samples i used, those are not what the song sounds like. Those are just the notes and chords

Oof, no. But thanks for playing.

On a side note, i think this is exhibiting the ambiguity of boc music

Yeah, and worst of all, now I'm stuck with the same feeling: fuck I know that track.

Must have been on one of those tapes.

First guess:

Michael Fakesch - Surfaise (The Trade Winds Mix by Boards of Canada)

I'd never heard this remix before... I love this

Start at 5:50

It's the tune of Sysyphus off Ummagumma by Pink Floyd and not related to BoC at all.

If not, I'm mistaken, but your sample sounds very much like it :P

Fuck this thread. Now it's bugging the hell out of me as well, I know it for definite from somewhere.

EDIT: A quick stab but I'm not too sure - track 7 from the ATP live set?

YOU WIN. CONGRATULATIONS GOOD SIR

Okay i'm good now

Shit, meant to say: in b4 that sounds nothing like the actual song, that's obviously earlier boc, etc etc

EDIT: You pretentious fucks

I can hear it afterward but yes you are indeed in the wrong key

and you should've used a more breathy pad

still, a valiant effort
