He and Passenger of Shit are friends I believe, and they're both super friendly, but definitely not the same person.

This is a split LP that they did together. It's a lot of fun, and it's some of POS's best work, aside from his "dum melody" songs.

Shit, I don't have Rank Sinatra's V/vm test release. Was it free?

It may or may not have been free when the V/VM test site was up, I can't remember where I got my download of it, but Guy has it for sale on his site here.
