i sent him an email asking how he acquired it and he responded:

It was released on a compilation album by a label I was associated with in the early 90`s.

OH GOD i remember when this was OP... i'm ghetting olde.

i want to know: what rate this was recorded at, DATS have three frequency levels, which one was it done at? i also want to know if you tested the dat for purity so you would know whether or not its original. furthermore i want to know if its just a single song on the dat or more caustic window material...

a dat is a cassette... it may b in good quality but it's rare... if this cassette is played once or two time, ok, but several time, sorry : became poor quality...

This is just the song Phlaps on DAT, and Phlaps appears on CAT023.

Which we all fucking have...

i haev a wav of it. it was on some rare compilation album which i payed an exorbinant amount of money for back in teh day. its on slsk on mp3 format.

I remember that, it was on either the uk ebay or the ebay.com ebay. It also showed the album cover too. I think it was green mostly, but don't take my word on that one. I thought it went for more than that though.

It's funny how much money someone will spend on a single track when they could buy it, with others, on a cheaper album.
