Soloman Tump
I remember this part of the live show quite clearly when they played at bloc. The soundsystem was very beat heavy - there seemed to be hardly any high end where we were dancing - perhaps it was a problem with the setup? But anyway, I remember the fast 4/4 kick drum hitting down hard and sending me into gabba infused spasms on the dancefloor. Mental. But I didn't enjoy it whatsoever. It got really boring just hearing kicks and snares, they don't work without all the extra detail which I couldn't hear in the least. When I heard the Domino recording it might as well have been a completely different set, I love it. Soloman Tump
At the London show the sound was awesome... it was proper wall of noise territory. This "stomper" didnt stand out as much because the entire set sounded incredible. I know it's probably the usual lights-out + people standing with arms folded for an hour and ten, but any details or pics would be much appreciated to flesh out the mental image. 9:07 has to be my favourite moment in that video (and probably the whole set).... Guest
It's good, but I prefer something else. Can't find them on YT, but there are Manchester gigs where they turned Liccflii and Left Blank into noise and complete chaos, just soooo insane, I wish I'd have been there! I've only seen them once in Cologne, was those days when []pusher had his red hot coc^wcar - but well they presented unknown stuff and kinda randomness. Sam
I reckon each set they've done over the years has it's own gems and they're all stunners. It's a crying shame they haven't really committed any of them to record.
