Be swell if there was a midi plugin' that did some sort of 909 style shuffle. Guest illfly mandog Posted August 3, 2011 Report Share Posted August 3, 2011 In ableton its called "groove". When you select a midi clip, in the bottom left corner there is a "groove pool". You can then select a menu with lots of classic swing styles. You drag the grove from the menu into the clip and then you can play with dry/wet, quantize, timing and random. Hope that helps.
