MFB Nanowerg - little analogue synth for £187?

Looks fun and I can't believe you can pick one of these up for £187 plus it has midi. Dunno if I'd get one but it looks kinda tempting.

MFB is nice but the build quality can be kind of cheap. I think that's why the price is so low amongst other things.

Can't speak for that one, but I've got a Microswerg. It sounds nice for its price but I don't use it much because I find it hard to get anything other than squelchy blips out of it & those aren't really my bag. If you're into doing acid/analord type music it would probably be great.

they're pretty fucking wicked from what i've seen - i have an MFB synthlite II which is reasonably similar, except the nanozwerg is technically "better" in that it has a proper VCO instead of the strange DCO/hybrid oscillator in the synthlite. i love MFB stuff though (I also have a 502 drum computer) - it's cheap and cheerful and might break (the drum computer did lol), but it's sounds fantastic: raw and analogue (if a little noisy, but that doesn't bother me) and i think they're just something a bit different to the norm. there's a lot worse things you could spend £200 odd quid on that's for sure.

Cool. I have to say getting one of those does looks tempting. I still have figured out what I want for my birthday and its been and gone 2 weeks past lol.
