okay, i won't press you guys for what you've heard. but, i wonder about the significance of the fact that the video is "directed" by Melissa Olson.

in this context, what does "directed" mean? I always thought boc produce their own videos and stuff. does this mean that they shot their own footage and she did the editing? or did they hire someone to do a complete video from scratch, her own original footage and all? is she a hex_sunner? wots the deal?

I reckon Melissa Olson is Mike's girlfriend/wife. The Olsen on the NFBOC site (if it's spelled that way) is probably a different person.

Yeah, I'm sure there's someone who's paused that video frame by frame and transcribed the text - so? It has nothing to do with BoC, so what would the relevance be?

Relevance to BoC notwithstanding, no one mentioned the text throughout the thread, I was wondering if anyone had noticed how disturbing it really is.

What do you find disturbing about it? the thoughts of children?

spot on, and the video works very well with this reprise, perhaps the most beautiful thing they've ever done. i hadn't listened to boards in almost a year until someone bumped this thread >_<, i was trying to avoid that until...
