I write music as “Eskmo” which I imagine you already know if you are reading this. But you may not know that I also write music as “Welder.”

I’m happy to announce I’m releasing a new Welder album entitled “Florescence” Sept 26 on my record label Ancestor. It will be available on VERY limited edition hand numbered / 180 gram / 2 X gatefold vinyland digital.

Visit the Welder site for a free download of one of the tracks and more info on the album.

Sounds really good, though probably not as good as I would expect from Eskmo.

someone i trust told me i would really love Welder because it's full of 'crazy sound design' . Just checked it out and it sounds even more com modified than Eskmo's solo work, maybe this track isn't the best representation. Im also a little bit surprised at how 'rompler' this clip sounds compared to some of his really impressive sound trickery. by Rompler i mean it sounds like he's using some orchestral preset libraries

odd track. a few ago this would have bigger (hiphop) beats and have not sound out of place on ninja tune. but it has less hard military beats so i'm not sure what to make of it.

sound like it needs vocals. reminds me of son lux.

i like it but this probably isnt for me
