Itouch HD cam?

Guys I'm thinking about getting an Itouch 4th gen which comes with an HD cam. I was gonna get 3rd gen one but then thought if I ditch my Ipod Nano 5th gen with cam then I need an Ipod with a camera. Is the HD filming on the Itouch any good? What do you guys reckon I should do.

I don't really like the camera on the iPod Touch. I have one, and it's okay, but the rolling shutter effect on it is pretty awful. So unless you're holding it pretty still it kinda blows.

I love the iPod Touch overall because it's a way to run iOS apps blazingly fast and in that respect it's incredible, but the camera is probably the worst feature.

I have an ITouch myself and am continuously satisfied.

Ah so the HD cam is shit you're saying? Okay maybe I'll just plump for the 3rd gen then.

Yeah I got an HD cam already!

The iphone4's camera is superb imo. Not sure what it's like compared to ipodtouch, but I really like the video footage it captures. Great for live gigs too, the microphone does an excellent job of capturing loud music.

iPod touch 4th Gen camera is definitely not the same as the one on the iPhone 4.
