54 Cyrmu Beats scares the shit outta me

I think sergeantk should perhaps be introduced to BoC. With it's nice, gentle, approachable repetitive beats. Might be right up his street.

I don't know why you would think that. Maybe you just don't like Drukqs? because all the other (electronic) tracks are like that, some even more complex.

I don't think it's the beats he's scared of, but rather that insane part near the ending. It's very abrasive and quit jarring.

And I love it.

Its too much for one song, i think he overdid it a little here...

No. I disagree completely.

When I heard the track for the first time, I felt like I was listening to the future of music... and it was good :spiteful:

Yes it was lovely. I was disappointed that it was all his usual sound fonts. But not disappointed by what he did with it.

Imagine playing this song during a wedding or something.

I put it on at a bar once to see if a fight would break out. Nothing happened.

Lol Cryptoween.

I like the Berzerk Samples.

In my opinion Cunt Ver. Whatever is crazier, especially at the end.

As Jerry Jackson would say, "Ur wierd m8".

I remember driving with a friend while I was listening to this... during the insane part towards the end, he said "My teeth hurt!"

my favorite moment in drukqs as well.

i played this in a class a long time ago and it was doing it's stuttering and then the cd started skipping causing major chaos and it was shortly turned off

When the huge european ships first approached the early native Americans, it was such an ‘impossible’ vision in their reality that their highly filtered perceptions couldn’t register what was happening, and they literally failed to ‘see’ the ships. Only a handful of natives - the shamans and tribal elders or whatever could see the approaching ships. That's kind of what it was like when drukqs came out. Even an extremely advanced consciousness such as myself could only half hear drukqs in 2001.

My only beef with drukqs is that its a bit "tinny" in the percussion department, making the breakbeat/drill trackss fairly abrasive (and i have the vinyls not just crappy mp3s).

Analrods/Tuss/latestest unreleased have "warmer" beats to my ears....
