Really loved that intro. the harmonizing you do with that snare is really great. Everything has a nice spacey and light feeling and i think the lack of heavy snare hits contributes well to that. Reminds me of my favourite early 90s DnB tracks.

Usually a fan of big bottom snares but that thing you got going on there is fucking delicious...

Man I just can't get that groove in the first half of the track out of my head. Do you play drums yourself? I listened to some other stuff on your soundcloud and your beats sound very organic. Beat for coppa plaice....is this some dusty 70's vinyl samplin or original work?

thanks Alex, I do play drums or I would if I had the money/space for a kit, the majority of the drums on those tracks are from the usual library of funk breaks and solos etc, but edited so as to retain as much of the original swing as possible
