My review:

looking at the track list and listening to samples. what's with all the featured vocalists? you don't see silkie or guido pulling this shit. I'll probably still get this, though, since I need more purple music in my life.

it sounds like a different dude. his production's so slick and commercial now, and the vocal stuff is so cheesy and I CAN HAZ CROSSOVER HIT. he's doing everything i sneer at in artists like Nero and Katie B. the piano sampley "its tuff in the getto" grime ballads are just cringe o rama

has anyone else tried swapping the instrumental versions for the vocal tracks? I find this makes the album a more enjoyable experience.

It makes the album twice as good but they're still the worst beats he's ever done

Didn't he make an album before this one, but scrapped it? I'd like to hear that one, because lets face it, it can't be any worse than this.

people saying how bad the album is compared to his earlier stuff inspired me to listen to some of his old eps and singles on bleep, and there's some excellent stuff. I had heard quite a few tracks by him over the years on various dj mixes and compilations, so I knew about digidesign and some others, but had never actually bought any of his records. I wonder why it took him so long to release a full-length album? he's behind his purple music associates silkie and guido in that respect.

His first EP was 100% brilliant

Oh and this remix from 09 is stunning too

^ listening to those tracks it males total sense that he is bros with Rustie. Listening to his album it totally doesnt
