Your most recent musical "holy crap this is AMAZING" moment

For instance, I'm listening to Substrata by Biosphere, and although I already knew it was a very good album, playing it at a comfortably loud volume on my nice headphones really turns this album into a whole 'nother kind of magical musical awesomeness. The Twin Peaks samples only add to how mindblowingly good this is.

Most recent...hmmm.....

-2:55 to 3:25 ish. The whole song feels like it builds up to the final chord of that movement. Maybe the whole album:

-the chorus to Virus from Bjork's latest.

-bunch of moments on the new Tom Waits album. The energy in Get Lost, the sharp contrast of Hell Broke Luce, the guitar in Satisfied when he's name-dropping the Rolling Stones (especially because it's actually Keith Richards playing it), etc..

Hmmm... In this order...

: gonna hear it for this one...

: Discovered this Ceephax treat a bit late, since I don't listen to Luke Vibert much...

: Listened to this one on repeat for days...

Last songs to really impress me...

Good start to the thread. As a follow-up, I was listening to one of the tracks off his upcoming 7" on the Touch iPhone app. One of the best things he's done imo. Very Shenzhou-esque.

- the shabazz palaces album black up from this year. I dont really know how to describe it other than that every second of it feels right/memorable - every beat, lyric, sample, melody. it's very emotional for me, as well as being incredibly well produced. this may be the most IDM hip hop record ever.

-phoenecia: demissions. This album seriously reaches draft 7.30 levels of awesomeness.

Autechre Rule - Queen are Shite

No news on the web yet. It's called Mysterier. Two tracks. The stream-able one is called Feber. Both were recorded in 06, and "adapted and remastered" this year.

Get the album "Hyper Typewriter" the track i posted is from it. 90 minutes of solid gold.

In my opinion his best work.

once the synth comes in at 2:50 it is complete bliss.

"matthew unburdened" from Body Riddle really sneaks up on you. It gives me cold chills every time.

2:17 on is the most manically body squirming beat I have ever heard in my life. If i'm driving, I almost get in a wreck every time that part starts.
