To me this looks more promising than Google+ but making a dent in FB remains to be seen.

So are women supposed to be more trustworthy?

Yeah, right. The only way to have an online community with a "shared way of thinking" is to make membership difficult to get, and to deny certain people memberships. The "welcome everyone" approach will never lead to a community with a single outlook on life.

Yes, because the tech/IT/computer world is dominated by men that tend to give rise to nerd wars between the likes of Zukerberg and the Google geeks. All I'm saying is that a female perspective may bring something new to the table. It will be interesting to see where they take this, plus I'm a sucker for rooting for the underdog.
