All of my old Warp records were obviously very well loved by whoever owned them before me, but they still sound gorgeous. acroyear
I don't wanna seem like a dick here, but it seems like if some of you are playing your records once or twice, and they start to crackle and pop, maybe you just never change your needles. Depending on the cartridge, this can cost just a little bit of cash, but just do it once or twice a year if you like to play your records a lot. I can understand when a brand new record is a bad press, or poor quality and crackles throughout. But it should be a rare occurrence. If a record sounds good on first play, but on second third or forth sounds like shit, it isn't the vinyl. It's your needle, or your tracking force, or azimuth, etc Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/69616-vinyl-quality-on-place-in-the-country/#findComment-1691854 Share on other sites
