Defo looks fun but I don't think I'd want to spend £350 on a drum machine.

Why don't they get built in china and then they can sell it for half the price surely!?!?

it looks/sounds like fun, sorta.. but yeah i have a computer, too!

The sounds are definitely cool but I think for the novelty aspect which is essentially what you'd be buying into I wouldn't want to spend more than £150 on it. Alesis could surely make a machine like this in the vein of the SR-16 and sell it for £100-150.

I think it looks pretty rad. Of course it's not going to be the workhorse, but having that in a discrete box will be really cool for some people.

The demos sound nice. Has anybody tried to control it over MIDI?

Hmm, sounds like fun, but if you're gonna use hardware, a gameboy with nanoloop could make almost the same sounds.. and give you more chip cred.
