sorry to get all romantic on ya'll, but i just had to share my new love interest: Sade. i used to be all about Nina Simone, but i have yet to hear anything as beautiful as this:

beautiful voice but "sade" and "adult contemporary" are a bit interchangeable for me. i just think of a young me in the back seat of the car while my parents play "smooth operator" on a family trip.

one time this girl i liked said she liked sade. we were chatting on AIM. so i told her I also liked Sade and started looking on google for songs and told her i liked the songs. i told her i didn't like Sade a few years later. it was really funny.
