Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - Mac w/ PS3 controller?

So I can't afford re-buying PS3 or another game console but I heard CoD will be Mac compatible, also know that you can control your computer with a PS3 controller which is the controller I prefer to use, so can I buy the game via Steam for my mac and play it with my PS3 controller as a jankity set up?

I do not play this game, but I looked it up, and it does have gamepad compatibility on PC. If the PS3 controller works as a normal gamepad, and I am sure it does, then it will work.

Just play it with a mouse, the way fps' are meant to be played.

The PS3 controller doesn't work as a normal gamepad. Last time I checked, I had to install an unsigned driver and some weird utilities to get it working on Windows.
